- Developing human resources through a variety of dakwah methodologies
- Enhancing the effectiveness of dakwah through a variety of media (talks, mass media & social media)
- Planning and implementing dakwah programmes for the general public
- Managing matters relating to muallaf (new Muslim converts)
- Coordinating talks, lectures and tazkirah throughout the state
- Implementing programmes to strengthen aqidah and syariah
- Managing conversions to Islam and guidance for new converts
