The Pahang Islamic Religious Department (JAIP) Strategic Plan 2023–2027 was formulated with the aspiration of elevating the Management of Islamic Religious Affairs in the State of Pahang, outlining five (5) Strategic Thrusts implemented by eight (8) JAIP Divisions.
Strategic Thrusts
- Thrust 1 — Sustaining Quality Management: Ensuring that a quality management system is consistently practised. Continuous improvement is carried out to keep JAIP services in line with the latest technological developments and methods.
- Thrust 2 — Strengthening Human Resource Competency: Continuously developing the competency of JAIP staff to a higher level until they achieve the standard of excellent staff, covering the best knowledge, skills and attitude.
- Thrust 3 — Strengthening the Service Delivery System: Focusing on improving a user-friendly service delivery system for customers in order to satisfy and effectively meet their needs.
- Thrust 4 — Reference Centre and Knowledge Management for Islamic Affairs: Providing a platform containing reference materials on Islamic affairs management, research findings and JAIP best practices that can be accessed by customers.
- Thrust 5 — Building a Rabbani Ummah: Making the building of a Rabbani Ummah the core of every planned activity, based on the teachings of the Al-Quran and Sunnah, to improve the quality of life of the community.
